[+] How efficient is Ducted Evaporative cooling compared to other cooling systems?
Ryland Homes uses the Bonaire ducted evaporative air conditioner which is an extremely efficient way to cool your whole home. The hourly running cost table
below highlights how little power a Bonaire Integra actually uses.

A Bonaire ducted evaporative whole-of-home cooling system will save you up to 50% on installation costs and up to 80% on running costs
compared to a standard ducted reverse cycle system. It’s also up to 60% cheaper to run than an inverter ducted reverse cycle system.
[+] Is my Ryland Homes cooling system environmentally friendly compared to other cooling systems?
At Ryland Homes we are committed to doing all we can to protect the environment in which we live and the reduction of harmful green house gases
is a top priority. Ryland Homes uses a Bonaire Integra ducted evaporative whole-of-home cooling system which produces less than 15% of the harmful
greenhouse gases produced by a standard ducted reverse cycle refrigerated system. It is also a 100% natural process which makes it ideal for hay
fever or asthma sufferers, so if you’re concerned about the environment you should consider a Ryland Homes Evaporative ducted cooling system.

[+] I've heard that refrigerated cooling systems are better than evaporative coolers?
Ryland Homes uses the Bonaire ducted evaporative cooler whihc is designed to cool your whole home. It consists of an external cooling unit on the roof, which
supplies cool air via ducts to all the living areas and bedrooms in your home. The Bonaire evaporative air conditioning is the cheapest way to cool your whole home.
A hi wall split refrigerated system will only cool a couple of rooms. A ducted reverse cycle refrigerated system usually works on a day/night
system, meaning that you can only cool the living areas or the sleeping areas at the one time. In addition to this, because of the split in day/night
areas, the cost for installation of these types of air conditioners is roughly 2 to 3 times that of a ducted evaporative cooler. Not forgetting the fact that
an ducted evaporative cooler is more efficient to run and more environmentally firendly than refrigerated cooling systems.
[+] My Air Conditioning is Not Cooling As Good As Usual.
Check to see that your air intake is clear of any debris and is cleaned at a minimum of once a month and replace if dirty.
